JOHANNA SOLAL IN RESIDENCE IN LE GALINIER
From 5 June to 1 September, Johanna Solal will be taking over the Galinier kitchens to offer a cuisine that is sensitive and profound, elegant and balanced, rooted in the terroir thanks to close collaboration with a community of local producers.
The experiment was conceived in collaboration with Baïta, a collective of chefs and artisans committed to creating unique culinary experiences.
Beaumier and Baïta are building a project at Le Galinier that is open to the village of Lourmarin and part of the Luberon region.
Guests of the guest house and the curious in search of flavours will be able to meet from Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm to 9pm for tasty and convivial dinners.
