All-day service

First coffee of the day, a quick lunch, traditional fondues, late-night cocktails, etc. Le Val Thorens’ three venues serve local cuisine whenever you fancy. More than handy and welcoming: fun and fashionable.

La Brasserie du Val Thorens

In the daytime, “the” slope-side outdoor seating area is packed. Early morning skiers, sunseekers, and after-ski enthusiasts mix. Enjoy quick and tasty local specialities: hot-diots, croque-Beaufort, freshly-roast chestnuts, etc., either to eat in or take away. The brasserie closes in the evening… …before returning the next day with more generous, carefully-crafted bistro fare. Quick… …and tasty.

La Fondue

There’s something to be said for tradition, too. At La Fondue, tradition means timeless, high-altitude classics…. with extra cheese. Our mountainous regional menu features raclette, tartiflette and… fondue. Authentic and honest.

Open daily for dinner from 6.45pm to 9.45pm, from Friday the 25th of November 2022 to Sunday the 30th of April 2023.
