D.: We are guided by authenticity. Our productions must have meaning in terms of their surroundings and history... In the case of Le Moulin, its location in the heart of the village meant it had to be opened up, to be given even more warmth and comfort. By adopting the codes of a southern French holiday house, we made it feel more like a home than a hotel.
