In Provence, I grew up in the kitchen, between my grandparents' vegetable garden and the Wednesdays preparations with my mother. From this, were born a deep respect for the environment and an immoderate love for local cuisine, simple, generous, fresh, tasty ... In a word, which feels good.

After more than 20 years of analytical studies, rather than practicing in a cabinet, I opened the first vegan restaurant in Geneva as a total autodidact . Carried out conscientiously and in a spirit of sharing, it has the ability to reconnect everyone to nature and to others. My conception of hospitality is in its image. At Le Galinier, I want our guests to taste once again the simple pleasures offered by the place: enjoying a bouquet of flowers from the garden, making jars of freshly picked fruit, having an aperitif around a game of pétanque, sharing an endless dinner in the cool ... Real vacation life!
