Through the vision of ASL architects, Les Roches Rouges is writing a fresh chapter in its coastal history.
In 2025 our hotel in Saint-Raphaël will continue to harmonise with its natural surroundings, whilst the vast blue of the Mediterranean will feel even closer with improved access to the sea, perfect for swimming or reaching us by boat. Our modernist heritage remains an eternal inspiration across the hotel's new bedrooms and extended spaces, alongside two new restaurants and a relaxed cocktail bar. The rebirth of Les Roches Rouges.
This fresh perspective strengthens our hotel's ties to the evocative coastline of the Côte d'Azur.

If light defines the Côte d'Azur, Estérel is distinguished by its colours. The vibrant red of the massif that inspired our hotel's name, the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the azure sky, and the golden yellow of the southern sun combine to create a rich and captivating palette. Energised by these colours, embark on an adventure to explore the surrounding area: kayaking or paddleboarding along the coast, or mountain biking on the massif's trails...
The promise of unique moments and lasting memories.

In the hotel's restaurants, Provence and the Mediterranean are present at every moment, dictating the menus and inspiring Chef Alexandre Baule. Daily harvests and fresh catches influence a cuisine rooted in the local terroir, enhanced by the freshness of the produce, from land to sea. Pissaladière, traditional aioli, grilled fish... Provençal flavours flourish on tables overlooking the Mediterranean. From morning until late, every moment is an invitation to savour the Provençal way of life.

Architects, ASL
Expressing their passion for the Mediterranean, the architects of ASL are reimagining Les Roches Rouge's connection to the coast, bringing the vast stretch of blue sea even closer, for an entirely immersive stay.
Architects, Festen
Captivated by the Mediterranean, which laps up to the rooms in Les Roches Rouges, Charlotte and Hugo wanted to magnify the hotel’s astonishing views. The result is a modernist classic with added widescreen vision.
Painter
American artist Rosemarie works by instigating a dialogue between colours and shapes, lines and flat colour blocks on different types of paper. Les Roches Rouges inspired her to create works based on a pure palette of blues, from the lightest to the almost black.
Antique dealers
Hélène and Benjamin specialize in furniture by French and international designers from the second half of the 20th century, including Pierre Charreau, Charlotte Perriand, Jacques Adnet, Guy Bareff, and Willy Guhl.
Sculptor
Influenced by the Vallauris school and acclaimed in the 1970s, Guy Bareff returned to his first love of ceramics about a decade ago after meeting antique dealers Hélène Breheret and Benjamin Desprez. For Les Roches Rouges, he recreated the terracotta wall lights that first made his name.
Sound designers
For Les Roches Rouges, musical-service agency Spectre created lively and kaleidoscopic soundtracks with notes of jazz, samba and pop, perfectly in tune with the hotel’s atmosphere.
Painter
After laying out large sheets of paper on the floor of her studio, Caroline grabs a brush and dances it across the paper’s surface. The result is a “trace” – a composition of abstract forms and bright colours.
Landscape gardener
Since graduating from the renowned National School of Landscape Architecture in Versailles, Stan has worked on numerous projects in Corsica and Morocco, and explored the world in search of plants. At Les Roches Rouges, he collaborated with Gwenaëlle Grandjean to create a genuine Mediterranean garden.
