In the heart of the Luberon, our two enchanting estates invite intimate and meaningful celebrations. Capelongue, a luxury hotel in Bonnieux, overlooking the village, it offers a peaceful setting in the heart of the Provençal countryside, with open views across the Luberon. Le Galinier is an 18th-century bastide nestled in the celebrated village of Lourmarin. A place to experience love, Provençal style.

Le Galinier is a historic bastide with an intimate charm, a true haven of calm nestled within picturesque gardens and imbued with the warm atmosphere of a Provençal country house. GASTRONOMY

In Provence, days are shaped by meals enjoyed around the table — a ritual that extends to your wedding. From refreshing aperitifs on the terrace and elegant plated dinners, to a slow farewell brunch the following morning, every experience is guided by the rhythms and traditions of the south.

At Capelongue, both of our restaurants, the Michelin-starred La Bastide and the rustic and relaxed La Bergerie, pay homage to the local land and the changing seasons. Meanwhile at Le Galinier, as a self-catering property you have the freedom to curate a bespoke dining experience by selecting your own private chef or catering service, including those recommended by our team.

We understand that every couple’s tastes are different, which is why our menus are tailored to you and your guests, with careful consideration given to dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options.

ACCOMMODATION & EXCLUSIVE PRIVATISATION

One of the greatest pleasures of a wedding is also the time spent with friends and family. By extending the celebration across multiple days, you’re able to make the most of being together, whether sharing a welcome dinner beneath the trees, or the morning after around the table or by the swimming pool.

At both properties, thoughtfully designed rooms, suites and private apartments offer a calm retreat in which to prepare before the ceremony, and to properly unwind afterwards. Interiors draw from the region's heritage; terracotta tiled floors, furniture by local craftspeople, every detail considered. At Capelongue, the honeymoon suite, once the estate's dovecote, now serves as a romantic hideaway with views over the garden, a separate terrace and its own living room. At Le Galinier, La Maison du Chef is generous enough for bridal preparations, with three bedrooms and a private terrace. Just around the corner in Lourmarin, sister property Le Moulin, a 4-star Hotel in Provence, offers further room to gather. Stay there, or privatise it in full, and the celebration spreads gently across the village.

For those who wish to make the estate entirely their own, full or partial privatisation transforms the property into a personal retreat for the duration of your stay. With our two sister properties just 15 minutes away, there is also the option to accommodate additional guests.
