Quentin Mauro, winner of Top Chef 2025, returns to his native region for an exclusive culinary pop-up at the heart of the Beca restaurant, at Le Fitz Roy.
Having been part of the hotel’s reopening in 2021 as a junior sous-chef, he now returns to these kitchens to present a free, instinctive, and personal approach. An intimate experience, designed for a single table of fourteen guests, where each gesture tells a story.
