By accessing or browsing the Website, the user unreservedly accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Via this Website, BEAUMIER provides an online portal through which BEAUMIER proposes offers of products and services to be ordered, booked or rented (”Offers”), including in particular, stays in BEAUMIER group hotels. Using this portal, the user can view and search the offers of products and services proposed and place an order, book or make a purchase or payment for the booking ("Service").

When providing our Service, the information we communicate is based on information provided by our hotel partners who are responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, terms and conditions and other information relating to the Offers displayed on the Website.

2. Intellectual Property 

The Website taken as a whole and each of its components (such as texts, tree menus, software, databases, animations, images, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, trademarks, logos, domain names, sounds and music) are either the exclusive property of BEAUMIER, who is solely authorised to exploit the related intellectual property rights, or are covered by usage, reproduction and depiction rights granted to BEAUMIER.

Consequently, the use of all or part of the Website, in particular by downloading, reproducing, transmitting, depicting or broadcasting, in any manner whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without prior written authorisation from BEAUMIER, is strictly prohibited.

Copying for personal, private and non-commercial use only is permitted, subject to compliance with the intellectual property rights detailed. In any case, any authorised reproduction of the components of the Website must indicate the source and adequate ownership information.

3. Hyperlinks

The creation of hyperlinks to the Website may only take place with the prior written consent of BEAUMIER, which may be withdrawn at any time.

All sites with a hyperlink to the Website are not controlled by BEAUMIER, which consequently declines all liability (notably editorial) for access to these websites and their content.

BEAUMIER is free to edit the content of the Website at any time and without notice.

4. Cookies

To facilitate browsing by the user and to improve the interactivity of the Website and the services offered, BEAUMIER uses connection cookies on the Website. This is information saved on the user’s IT equipment.

Two types of cookies are used on the BEAUMIER Website:

- cookies that are strictly necessary for our Website to function, and which enable us to improve its operation, for which prior consent from the user is not required;

BEAUMIER is likely to collect personal data in order to provide the Services at the request of the user and/or to comply with binding legal obligations, for the purposes of communication of information about products and/or services, customer service, reservation and/or purchase of products and services, commercial prospecting.  (last name, first name, address, telephone number, email address, information relating to payment methods).

This personal data must be provided by the user to BEAUMIER if they wish to make use of the Services in question. The user undertakes to provide accurate information that does not harm the interests and rights of third parties.

BEAUMIER is the personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, relating to the collection and processing of personal data carried out via the Website.

• Data retention

In accordance with the applicable laws and in particular regulation and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as modified, BEAUMIER shall maintain the confidentiality and security of personal data and undertakes to retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing operation.

This personal data may only be accessed by a limited number of authorised BEAUMIER staff.

• Sharing and transfer of data

BEAUMIER may nevertheless share the personal data collected with BEAUMIER group hotels, its suppliers and service providers, and the relevant bodies and authorities to carry out data processing for the purposes defined above and to meet any legal or regulatory obligations.

• The rights of data subjects

The user is informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, (ii) the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, (iii) the right to object, free of charge, to the use of their personal data for prospecting purposes, in particular commercial prospecting and (iv) the right to access, modify and erase their data. 6. Guarantee and liability 

BEAUMIER makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, BEAUMIER does not guarantee, under any circumstances, that this information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. BEAUMIER does not give any express or tacit guarantee as to the relevance, accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information and data displayed on all or part of the Website. BEAUMIER also declines any liability for access to and the content of websites that can be accessed via the Website.

Subject to the applicable legal or regulatory provisions, BEAUMIER shall, under no circumstances, be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, regardless of the cause, origin, nature or consequence, that results from viewing or use of the Website.
